has more than twenty years of experience in the academe. Her exposure in the international school setting combined with her specialization in teaching children with learning challenges inspired her to set-up AT&L Stockholm AB and the “learning pod approach” in mastering student’s academic skills.
She is a promoter of learning through experiential activities respecting students' individuality and group diversity. Tess acts as a "Guild Master" to the team and guides the mentors in their practices, instilling her belief that each child has the capacity to develop and achieve positive values in their learning.
