BrainGymnastic STEAM Camp - Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to BrainGymnastic STEAM Camp hosted by AT&L Stockholm AB. We appreciate your commitment to providing your child with an exceptional and enriching experience. Before enrolling, we invite you to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a positive experience for your child and collaboration with our dedicated team.
Enrollment and Registration
- Participants must meet the age requirements specified in the STEAM Camp Program description.
- Secure your child’s spot by completing the registration process.
- Pre-registration ensures a reservation until a month before the camp commencement.
- Registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration is considered complete upon the submission of required forms and payment.
Program Details
- BrainGymnastic STEAM Camps are meticulously crafted to ignite curiosity in children and teenagers through the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics).
- Camp hours and locations are detailed in the STEAM Program description.
- The program is overseen by seasoned Science Camp Leaders, primarily students from esteemed institutions like KTH and other leading Swedish universities.
Language
- The program will be conducted in English and/or Swedish, as indicated in the schedule.
Health and Safety
- Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the camp staff.
- Communicate any health concerns or special requirements during the registration process.
Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain a positive learning environment by adhering to a code of conduct.
- Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
Liability
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Photography and Media
- Organizers may capture photographs or videos during the camp for promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardians not wishing their child to be featured must notify organizers in writing.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Full payment is required upon registration to secure a spot.
- Refunds are subject to the camp’s refund policy, see below.
Cancellation and Changes
- The camp reserves the right to cancel or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification to participants.
Agreement
- By enrolling in an AT&L Stockholm AB STEAM Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.

Refund Policy
Introduction
This refund policy aims to balance fairness with the need for the camp to plan and allocate resources effectively. Participants are encouraged to review this policy thoroughly before enrollment.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to providing a memorable and educational experience for your child at BrainGymnastic STEAM Camp!
Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to the camp start date.
- Cancellations made within 2 to 4 weeks of the camp start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the camp starts.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@atlstockholm.se with the subject line “Refund Request – [Name of STEAM Camp].”
- The refund amount will be processed based on the timeframes mentioned in the refund eligibility section
Cancellation by the Camp
- In the rare event that the camp is cancelled by AT&L Stockholm AB, participants will be offered a full refund.
- If the program is modified due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
Participant Withdrawal
- Participants who withdraw from the program after it has commenced are not eligible for a refund.
Medical Emergencies
- In the case of a documented medical emergency preventing a participant’s attendance, a pro-rated refund may be considered. Please contact sales@atlstockholm.se with relevant documentation.
Non-Attendance
- No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the camp without prior notice.
Refund Disbursemen
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Photography and Media
- Organizers may capture photographs or videos during the camp for promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardians not wishing their child to be featured must notify organizers in writing.
